Through guided discussions, collective insights, and real-world strategies, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and support needed to navigate change, communicate what you need, make higher-stakes decisions, and develop your staff and teams. This mastermind program will also support you to set boundaries, stay focused, and create a sustainable work-life rhythm. You will gain the tools to lead with confidence while reclaiming time and energy for what truly matters to you.

Program Components

A monthly 3hr-session with YOUR mastermind cohort - (Choice of joining a group that is in-person and meets in the DC Metropolitan area OR a Live Virtual-only group ).

A monthly 60 min 1-1 coaching session with one of us! (Virtual)

Program price is $500 per month or processed in one payment of $3000.

Program duration is for 6 months and in-person option dates are set for the 2nd Friday of the month from 9:30am-12:30pm. They will be tentatively starting on April 11th. Date changes can be arranged with group consensus. Light refreshments will be served.

The live virtual-only option dates will be determined at the time of enrollment with group consensus.

Groups are intentionally kept small to allow for deeper conversation and create meaningful connections.
