Components of the 3-month program

Start with a 30 minute discovery session with one of our Coaches to discuss your specific needs, pain points, goals, and dreams.

One monthly 3.5 hr- facilitated group session with YOUR mastermind cohort - (Choice of joining a group that is in-person and meets in the DC Metropolitan area OR a Live Virtual-only group ).

Two monthly 60 min 1-1 coaching sessions with one of us! (Virtual)

Enrollment is evergreen. We start a 3-month cohort on a rolling basis customized to the group's scheduling needs.

Program duration is for 3 months.

During your initial discovery session, you will have a chance to provide your preferred dates for both group and coaching sessions.

Groups are intentionally kept small to allow for deeper conversation and create meaningful connections.

More than one of you joining from your company? No worries, we can place you in different cohorts for privacy and greater liberty in sharing.
